This birthday card should make any birthday boy or girl happy with the whimsical birthday balloons floating away. The balloons are cut out with the Balloon Framelits and then the stars are punched out of the balloons using the Confetti Stars Border Punch. Do you notice the clouds in the sky? Wonder how I did that? I punched a 2 3/8″ scallop circle out of scrap paper and laid it on the Whisper White card stock to use as a mask, then I sponged around the top and sides of the scallop circle with Soft Sky Ink. I just kept repositioning the scallop and sponging and when the scallop circle is removed it reveals the white card stock beneath in the form of wispy little clouds.
