I love to show the versatility of a stamp set, so you can see many different ways to use a set. So here’s another card created by Sue for a display featuring the Balloon Celebration stamp set.
With a splattering of Rose Red ink using the Gorgeous Grunge stamp set the card base was then run through the Lucky Stars embossing folder. I think the balloon string is simply adorable and it adds to the whimsical feel of the card.
