This adorable little purse was part of my Tools of the Trade class this week which featured the Scallop Tag Topper Punch. For the purse it just takes a
2″ x 6″ piece of card stock which is scored at 1 1/4″, 1 1/2″, 3 1/8″, and
4 1/2″. Next a pretty piece of Designer Series Paper cut 2″ x 1 1/4″ is attached to the card stock on one end. Next punch the DSP end of the card stock. Fold on all the score lines to make into the purse shape. A piece of ribbon is secure on the inside for the handle. Pierce a hole through the card stock and put a brad with a pretty candy dot to hold it shut. The purse is a perfect size to hold 2 Hershey Nugget candy bars which I wrapped in matching DSP.
