So how about a mug of nice cold beer? This is the final project we created at my Punch Art Creations Class this past week. I’m not a beer drinker myself, but I know I’ll be making this card for a few special beer drinkers in my life. I think it would also look great as a non alcoholic option just by swapping out the So Saffron “beer” with chocolate chip card stock and turn it into a Root Beer Float.
I could not figure out what you would have used the envelope punch board for on your beer card. What did you use for the strips on the mug? A stamp with So Saffron ink, or cut strips of So Saffron CS with sponged edges? If it was a stamp, which stamp set? Thanks for your time. Coming to you from beautiful southern Oregon.
Hi Lynette, The Envelope punch board was used to round the corners of the So Saffron strips of card stock on the mug, and the mug itself (we didn't have the corner rounder at the time.) I used the part of the punch board that rounds the corner of the envelope flap. (I hope that makes sense)
