If you haven’t played with the Happy Watercolor Designer Series Paper yet, you really need to. I thought the paper looked pretty in the catalog, but when you see it in person it is so very lovely. The soft muted shades are so spring like.
For this card I used a piece of the DSP for which I layered on Marina Mist card stock. For the stamped image I used Whisper White card stock which I punched both ends with the Scallop Tag Topper Punch and threaded a thin piece of embossed card stock through the ends. The tag piece was stamped in Smoky Slate and water colored with blender pens.
