Baby Bear for Christmas

I thought I’d play around with the Baby Bear stamp set since it’s one of the stamp sets that is on sale at 25% off through November 30th.  I think this set is typically not thought of for Christmas but when I saw the sentiment from the Fa-la-la-la Friends stamp set, I knew I wanted to use Baby Bear for a Christmas card.  The key to getting a great image with the Baby Bear stamp set is using three shades of a similar color.  I used Tip Top Taupe, Crumb Cake and Sahara Sand which really gives a lot of depth to the bear.  By adding the Real Red Stitched Satin Ribbon to the bear it really seems to make him come alive.  I love the way the Stitched Shapes Framelits adds that little stitched look to the focal point of the card.
