Oh what fun we had Saturday morning at my Winter Warm Up Party! My stampers and I took the month of December off to get ready for the holidays and spend time with family and friends, so this was our first opportunity to get our creative juices going in quite a while. It was wonderful to catch up with everyone after our “break” and we got a number of new stampers to join us too. I served hot chocolate and chocolate chip cookies, because you know stamping and chocolate go hand in hand.
I created 20 cards featuring new stamp sets, designer papers, and embellishments from the new Occasions catalog. In less than 4 hours everyone completed all 20 cards for a total of 520 cards!! Let me net you that’s a lot of card stock! I had a number of guests tell me they had enough designer paper and they had told themselves they wouldn’t be buying anymore…until they saw the wonderful patterns and prints we used. That’s okay ladies, stock up on that beautiful paper, you’re going to love it.
We had a door prize drawing of a winter sampler frame that Leslie Allen won.
