Today I’m sharing a set of cards that can be masculine or feminine. These are project 5 from our Stampin’ Sisters Retreat and they feature the Nailed It stamp set and the Urban Underground Embellishments.
On this card we did a little paper piecing, but it was easy. We stamped the tools in Basic Black on Smoky Slate and then again on Basic Grey and die cut them using the Build It Framelits. Next we trimmed off the handles and attached them over the Smoky Slate tools and there you have it.
I am so in love with the little screws at the bottom edge. They look so real don’t they?
So much cute going on here! Look at the metal ruler that is the belt. That was created just by using one of the dies from the Build It Framelits with Silver Foil Paper. How cute!
So the first three cards ahve a more masculine look to them but check out the pink going on here! O love the spattering of Melon Mambo which was achieved with the Gorgeous Grunge stamp set. The tool handles were water colored with the Watercolor Pencils. Don’t you just love it?
