Can  I just tell you how fun the Zany Zoo stamp set & dies are!?!!! They are part of the Zoo Crew Suite and they are so whimsical and cheerful, kids and adults of all ages will get a kick out of them.  There’s a Disney song  called “Never Smile at a Crocodile”, but you can’t help but smile when you see one riding a bicycle!

Color Combo

The Zany Zoo Dies will cut out 6 of the images found in the stamp set as well as the Zoo Crew Designer Series Paper.  One side of the Zoo Crew Designer Series Paper features Black & White graphics, while the other sides feature fun little critters roller skating, riding scooters, painting, knitting, making S’mores, hiking, dancing, singing and celebrating.

The simple design layout of today’s card could easily be used with any of the images and sentiments from the Zoo Crew DSP or the Zany Zoo stamp set while still using the Black & White print and just swap out the card base and the banner color.

Gone Fishing Masculine Fun Fold Card

I created this card a while ago for  demonstrator event I co-hosted and I thought you may enjoy this Masculine Fun Fold card which features the Let’s Go Fishing Suite.  The unique thing about this card is the fact that the front flap opens to the side rather than the top like most horizontal cards do and the 1/2 circle punch out from the flap.

Color Combo

The Poppy Parade card stock measures 11″ x 4-1/4″ and is scored at 5-1/2″. I then cut 1-1/4″ off the top of the front of the card before adding strips of the Let’s Go Fishing Designer Series Paper.  These strips measure 3/4″ x 2-3/4″.  Once the strips were added, I punch out a half circle from the front flap with the 1-3/4″ Circle Punch.
Next I added a strip of Smoky Slate cardstock that was embossed with the Twisted Rope 3D Embossing Folder across the front.  A piece of Vary Vanilla was added to the inside of the card which allowed a spot on the upper left to stamp the sentiment with Memento Ink.  I stamped the fishing lures with Memento Ink on Very Vanilla, Poppy Parade and Boho Blue and Die-cut them with the Gone Fishing Dies, then attached them to the card with Dimensionals.

Just My Type

Need a quick little thank you card?  I created this one using the new Just My Type stamp set.  This adorable stamp set has a bunch of cute little images that could be used for many different occasions.

Color Combo

I stamped the typewriter, “piece of paper” and the sentiment with Memento Ink, then colored in the “paper” with Petal Pink Stampin’ Blends.  The Lost Lagoon polka dot piece in the upper left corner of the card was embossed with the Hobnail Glass Dots from the Basics Embossing Folder 3 pack (an online exclusive item).  The heart print paper comes from the Delightfully Eclectic  DSP and the card was embellished with a few sequins from the Adhesive-Backed Sequins Trio and the Ribbon Duo Combo.
