I think most people would look at this bundle and think “Tags” for packages. Yes, you can surely decorate all your packages with the tag kit, but to me the kit screams card making and scrapbooking.
For this card I used the Top Notes shape tag which is crumb cake on one side and striped on the other. Each of the little banners you see are also from the kit.
