This is a card we made at my Perfect Pennants class this week and also at Toots’ party. The three bigger banners were cut out using the Banner Framelits while the long skinny horizontal banner was cut out by hand. The sentiment and the striped banner are both from the Perfect Pennants stamp set. A simple Candy Dot finishes the card off and makes it perfectly wonderful.
