Envelope Punch Board Bow

Don’t you love finding different ways to use a product?  The adorable bow on this card was made with the Envelope Punch Board.  I cut a strip of card stock 1” x 7 1/8”.  Using the Envelope Punch Board, I punched at 1 ½” & 3 ½” then I flipped it over and punch at 1 ½” repeat on the other side.  I also punched the tail ends.

Next you use a bone folder to break the fibers in the two middle sections of the bow, then fold each “tail” and secure with a glue dot.

I finished the bow by wrapping a small piece of 1/8″ taffeta ribbon around the center of the bow.  Who knew you could make a bow from the Envelope Punch Board?  Check back tomorrow when I show you how to make a Gate Fold Card using the Envelope Punch Board.
