Picture Frame Birthday & Weekly Deals

For this picture frame cad I used the Oval Framelits to make a “matted picture frame” which I ran through the Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder and attached to the card with dimensionals.  I stamped the image on the “oval cut out”  and attached that to the card with snail.  The cut out cupcake was attached with a dimensional to give a little added depth.
