I heard many “Wow’s” when I was demonstrating how to do Colored Embossing at my Blendabilities class earlier this week. I stamped the floral border in Versamark on Basic Black card stock and heat embossed it with Whisper White Embossing Powder. Then I used the brush tip from the lighted Cherry Cobbler and Old Olive Blendabilities to color over the embossed image. I also used the Blendabilities to color the Pearls. Two techniques on one card. Another amazing this about Blendabilities is that you get a color family (light, medium, and dark) of one color in a package but when used individually, instead of blending colors, you open the pallet up to nearly all of the colors in the Stampin’ Up! palette. I used Strawberry Slush and Pear Pizzazz for the cardstock on this card, yet the Blendabilities used were Cherry Cobbler and Old Olive.
