I received a lovely card from fellow demonstrator Pat Ertman which I used as inspiration for this card. The images are from the “Painted Petals” stamp set which is, in my opinion, a must have stamp set. What makes this card unique is the fold or opening of the card.
Notice how the flaps lift up and down? Wondering how I did that? I cut 2 pieces of DSP 4″ x 2 1’2″ and scored each at 1/2″ and folded on the score line. Then I folded each corner to come own to the fold which made a triangle with a folded tab. The tab was secured behind the So Saffron card stock and my stamped layered image was attached to the top flap.
I enjoy playing around with different card folds. Do you have a favorite fun fold?
