Today I’m sharing a fun element for a card or scrapbook page: It’s the Shadowbox Fold and it’s much easier than you think.
For the Shadow Box Fold I started with a 4″ x 4″ piece of Park Avenue Designer Series Paper.
Next fold it in half horizontally and vertically so it leaves a “cross” in the paper with a center point at the intersection.
Now take each corner and fold it up so the point touches the center where the horizontal and vertical folds intersected.
Now take the top point of the triangle and fold it down so that it meets the folded edge of the triangle.
Do this to each of the triangles and there you have it…
…a Shadow Box fold that you can insert a sentiment and embellish a card or scrapbook page.
