I’m sure that those of you that follow me regularly know that the Peggy I am wishing Happy Birthday to is my best friend, my sister, my partner in crime, Peggy Murwin.
Look closely, we’re not smoking cigars, we’re smoking clothes pins…that’s just us being sill at our Stampin’ Sisters Retreat last month! As a fellow Stampin’ Up! demonstrator, I’m sure she can appreciate the fact that I’m posting her card here on my blog before she actually receives it!
I had a lot of fun making Twist & Turn cards at my Fun Folds Card Class last month, so I decided to make one for Peggy’s birthday card. Besides that she’s holding a Fun Folds card class this month and I thought she might want one of these as a sample.
Here’s what the inside of the card looks like before I make it all personal for her (gotta save something to surprise her when she gets it). When I posted my Twist & Turn cards a few weeks ago you can view those here and here, I got many requests as to how I made it. I will be posting a video on the Twist & Turn card tomorrow (that is if all goes well). I played around and made my first video yesterday. I edited it, and put it to music and everything (this non-techie girl is feeling mighty proud of herself for getting out of her comfort zone…kinda scary but fun at the same time).
