I love the excitement young kids (well even adults) have this time of year when they’re deciding on what they’re going to be for Halloween. You will need to supply your own 10″ x 10″ frame (I picked mine up at Michael’s Craft Store) and the background piece (I used our Kraft Paper). I will stamp and water color each of the images and will also provide all of the layered mat pieces as well as the banners. All you will need to do is assemble and enjoy.
