Every time a new Stampin’ Up! catalog comes out my sister Peggy and I hist a demonstrator Make & take get together. This happens three times a year; with the Occasions &Sale-a-bration catalogs in January, the Annual Catalog in May, and the Holiday Catalog in September. We held the Occasions and sale-a-bration Demonstrator Make & Take yesterday where all members of our team and many other “adopted” demonstrators attended and made 20 cards featuring new product from these two catalogs. We also held a business meeting after the make & take session.

This is one of the cards we made. This card features the Dragonfly Dreams stamp set and the coordinating Detailed Dragonfly Thinlits Dies which are combined together in a bundle for a savings of 10%.
The “scattered dots” are stamped in Whisper White ink on the Island Indigo card stock for a soft and subtle background. The ever popular Stitched Shaped Framelits make the perfect place for this dragonfly to land. The dragonfly body is stamped in Island Indigo while the wings are stamped in Marina Mist. You can’t tell from the photo, but the wings were then painted with the Wink of Stella which make them shimmer and shine.
