Only six days left of Sale-a-bration 2017, and I’ve still got some fun cards to share with you. Today I’ve used the Tasty Trucks stamp set and created an overall background on the Peekaboo Peach cardstock. I’ve even added some tiny cupcakes in the window of the truck. I stamped the sentiment from Suite Sentiments stamp set shown on page 54 of the Occasions Catalog on an oval cut out with the Stitched Shapes Framelits.

I kept the card monochromatic so that it wouldn’t look too busy with all of the trucks in the background. I stamped in Tangerine Tango on Peekaboo Peach cardstock. Next I added a couple banners; one from Tangerine Tango cardstock and the other from Tangerine Tango striped ribbon from the Brights Designer Series Paper Stack. I tucked a piece of a delicate White Doily behind the banner for a little more depth and texture.
Stampin’ Studio Tips
- Tip: Add simple texture and depth by layering a Delicate White Doily under some decorative banners. Add more depth by popping the Stitched Shapes Oval piece up off the card with a Stampin’ Dimensional.
- Sizes: Whisper White Thick cardstock base is 4-1/4″ x 11″ scored at 5-1/2″. Peekaboo Peach cardstock is 4″ x 5-1/4″. Tangerine Tango striped DSP is 1″ x 4″. Tangerine Tango cardstock is 1″ x 4″.
