I love to bake and I love to decorate cookies and cupcakes, but cakes are not my thing. Getting the layers even is a big challenge for me. Maybe that’s why I loved making a cake with the Cake Crazy stamp set. All of the cake layers are a bit topsy turvy and don’t need to be perfect.

I kept things simple, by sticking with Real Red and Pacific Point for my cake layers. I threw in a couple of the sentiments from the stamp set too. The Balloon Bouquet Punch adds just a bit of dimension to the card as It’s popped up off the card.

Stampin’ Studio Tips
- Measurements: Pacific Point: 4-1/4″ x 11″ scored at 5-1/2″. Real Red: 3-3/4″ x 5″ and scrap for balloon. Whisper White: 3-5/8″ x 4-7/8″
- Tip: When stamping and trying to “stack your cake layers” be sure to get your eyes directly over the image you’re stamping, to ensure a good position of your cake layer.
Sadly the Cake Crazy stamp set is retiring. I have fallen in love with it and I think you should consider adding it to your “must have” list before it’s gone for good.
