Generally when I stamp, the images in the stamp set rule the card, not the sentiment. Well that certainly is NOT the case with the Lovely Friends stamp set. I mean seriously, look at the beautiful font, the size of it, and the sentiment itself! The unique fun fold sporting a smaller front flap also helps to accentuate the sentiment.

Today’s Color Palette
The color palette of Fresh Fig, Sweet Sugarplum and Whisper White is so rich yet fun. The two toned flowers were created with the two-step stamping technique. The solid image of the flowers were stamped in Sweet Sugarplum and then the detailed images was stamped directly over the top with Fresh Fig and voila, we’ve got two toned flowers. Add a White Perfect Accents in the center of the flower and we’re almost finished here. The Fresh Florals Designer Series Paper Stack in Fresh Fig was used on the front panel along and adds some pretty visual interest.
