Today’s card reminds me of a warm cozy cabin in the woods. I guess that’s because the Buffalo Check print makes me think of cuddling up in from of a warm fire on a cold winter day.
I started out by coloring my buffalo check paper which comes in the Merry Little Christmas Designer Series Paper. This print comes White and black, so I used Real Red ink and a Sponge Dauber to turn the paper to red and black. I added a Garden Green Stitched Satin Ribbon bow after stamping the sentiment from the Merry Mistletoe stamp set. The reindeer was stamped in Basic Black ink and cut out with Paper Snips, then popped up off the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals. The finishing touch is the holly berries which started out life as Pearl Basic Jewels until I colored them with my Light Cherry Cobbler Stampin’ Blends.
