I nearly forgot to post about my Bingo night last week. We had a blast and everyone received a special gift from me; the Stitched Felt Embellishments wrapped up in a bag with a pretty gift tag and a coupon for $5 off an order that night.
These Stitched Felt Embellishments are the perfect way to finish off a card, or a package or a gift tag. They’re so cute and festive and they don’t add much bulk to the cards. Gotta love that!
We played 5 games of bingo with fun prizes which consisted of Stampin’ Blend Markers, stamp sets and Framelit Dies as well as a gift certificate. We were all blown away by the fact that Colleen won every single game!
Not only did we play bingo, we also stamped 4 cards and made 10 gift tags. Here is one of the cards we made. This features the Year of Cheer Designer Series Paper (which is retiring- get it now before it’s gone) and the Snowflake Sentiments stamp set.
I served Hot Cocoa and Triple Layer Fudge which is heavenly. Here’s the recipe:
1 cup (6 oz) semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup (6 oz) white chocolate chips
1 cup (6 oz) milk chocolate chips
6 Tablespoons of butter
14 ounce can of sweetened condensed milk
NOTE: a 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk contains approx 1 1/3 cups. You’re going to divide the can into thirds, so make each third a little less than 1/2 cup and you’ll come out alright.
Line an 8 inch square pan with wax paper or line it with foil and spray the foil with a non-stick cooking spray.
Melt the following together:
1 cup semisweet chips
scant half-cup sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons butter
Stir to make sure everything is melted and then spread out in the bottom of the 8 inch prepared pan. Let sit on counter until it’s cool and slightly hard to the touch and then…..

Melt the following together:
1 cup milk chocolate chips

2 tablespoons butter
Spread this third layer on top of the other two, smooth it out with a rubber spatula, and let harden in the fridge for at least two hours (overnight is even better and that’s what I did).
Turn out onto a cutting board and cut into bite size squares and enjoy life, stamp something and eat chocolate.
