I never thought of myself as someone who loved metallic’s, but I tell you, the variety of metallic products we have has certainly made me change my tune.
I started out with a Thick Whisper White Card Stock base and added some of the Year of Cheer Designer Series Paper plaid print. This has delicious shades of gold. On top of the plaid print I added a strip of the Silver Foil Paper. I know… how rebellious of me to combine silver and gold together, but doesn’t it look fabulous. Next I added one of the Silver Foil Snowflakes. You could do silver or gold as the package of Foil Snowflakes comes with 12 silver and 12 gold. I stamped the sentiment from Festive Phrases in Versamark ink on Whisper White card stock and heat embossed it with Gold Embossing Powder. After punching it out with the 2-1/4″ Circle Punch, I layered it on a Gold Foil circle cut out using the Layering Circles Framelits. It’s quite Merry & Bright with the combination of Silver & Gold don’t you think?
