You know how sometimes when you first see something and it speaks to you? That’s how it was for me when I first saw the Party Panda stamp set in the Sale-a-bration catalog. I mean seriously, this set is just so sweet and the fact that it’s one of the FREE Sale-a-bration choices, makes it that much cuter don’t you think?
I was inspired to create this card after I received a card from Fran Kennedy in a card swap.
- Stamp the bear with the balloon and the sentiment from Party Pandas on Whisper White cardstock using Memento Ink as well as the balloon on the striped pattern of the Bubble & Fizz Sale-a-bration Designer Series Paper. Then hand cut the balloon out and attach it to the bear’s string with a Stampin’ Dimensional.
- Use the Layering Squares Framelits to create the frame around the bear and attach it with snail adhesive. Then add a 1″ strip of the DSP to the lower edge of the cardstock and wrap a piece of the Bermuda Bay Mini Chevron Ribbon around the cardstock and tie a knot.
- Attached Whisper White layer on a mat of Basic Black and a card base of Bermuda Bay and you’ve got yourself an adorable birthday card.
