I’ve been trying to hold out and not share too many Christmas cards so early but let’s, Christmas is the time of year when most people send out the most greeting cards. So I thought if you’re looking for ideas to get your mojo going, sooner is probably better than later, right? So here we go….
Today’s Color Combo
I used an unconventional color palette for this card which I got from this print from the Joyous Noel Specialty Designer Series Paper. The gorgeous background texture is from the Swirls & Curls Embossing Folder. It reminds me of the swirling and blowing of the snow from the winter winds. A simple banner of the Tranquil Tide and Mint Macaron print helps to draw your eye across the card, while the matted snowflake print adds visual interest and sets the stage for the delicate snowflake which was cut from the Blizzard Thinlit Die and attached with a Mini Glue Dot. The simple banner sentiment comes from the Beautiful Blizzard stamp set which is part of the Beautiful Blizzard Bundle (the Blizzard Framelit is the other part of the bundle).
