Saturday, was the Stampin’ Up! OnStage virtual event. Two of my team leaders, Peggy Murwin and Amanda Waldhart and I decided to turn the virtual event into a live event with team members that lived close enough to attend. We held our live version in a local hotel conference center and we watched the virtual part that Stampin’ Up! presented for us.
Everyone that registered for the virtual event received a “Party in a Box” from Stampin’ Up! which included a puzzle, notebook and pens, photo party props, confetti, event pin and a pair of socks.
Amanda made a bag of Sweet Treats and adorned it with a tag made from the Bee Mine Suite which will be available in the new Spring Mini which starts in January. As demonstrators we were able to preorder the Bee Mine Suite!
Peggy created the adorable tags that wrapped around the Wink of Stella that each attendee received from us.
We crafted along with Stampin’ Up! and made these two cards that Stampin’ Up! designed for us.
Peggy, Amanda and I each designed a card for each of our team members to make during the event.
At the end of the event, we played a game where everyone was given an identical pack of cardstock, Designer Paper and ribbon.
They were then given just 10 minutes to create a card using only the products we gave them. We used the DSP called “A Walk in the Forrest, Balmy Blue, Old Olive and Basic White cardstock and Balmy Blue Variegated Ribbon. We had a holiday sentiments stamp set for them to use along with Old Olive or Balmy Blue ink. Here are the cards that were created!! Isn’t it amazing how each one is so different, yet they all go together!?! We had everyone vote for their favorite card and the three top vote getters received a prize.
We are always looking for fun things to do as a team and new and long time demonstrators had a great time.
