The 4th project for our Stampin’ Sisters Retreat was a set of 3 cards and 3 treat holders featuring the Easter Basket Bundle. Everyone received a package of the Easter Assortment embellishments to use on these projects and take home the extras. The Easter Basket Dies and the Easter Assortment embellishments have all sold out and are no longer available, but all of the other products are still available.
Each day we gather together for Stampin’ Sisters Retreat, my sister Peggy and I had a little gift waiting at each of the stampers spots. Saturday morning, their gift was this sweet make up bag filled with all the embellishments they would need to complete their projects.
As with all good stampin’ events, we had Prize Patrol, where everyone won a prize at one point or another during the weekend. We printed off a variety of cute flamingo pictures and if you had the matching photo, it was your turn to win Prize Patrol. 80 Prize Patrol gifts were given out over the weekend.
Each year we have Peggy’s husband Tony come on Saturday morning to sharpen scissors for those who need it. At only $3 per pair for the scissor sharpening, he was kept very busy the entire morning. Tony even got into the theme…check out his shirt!
Swapping is always happening at Stampin’ Sisters Retreat with about half of the stampers participating.
We have a card contest that everyone votes on and the winners this year were Sharon Hoffman, Kim Vale & Michelle Rauworth. They each received a new Stampin’ Up! Card Kit.
