Anytime I see Japanese lanterns hanging, my first thought is a party. They have such a festive look to them. I used the Happy Congratulations stamp set from the Occasions catalog and popped a few of the lanterns up with Dimensionals. I also used a couple of Sale-a-bration items for the texture and verse (oh how I miss the Sale-a-bration items already).
