Today, I’ve got a great Fun Fold card that features the retiring In-Colors.  And I’ve got great news about dies and bundles that have been unavailable to order for a long time as well as an update to the clearance rack, so be sure to check out the whole post.

Stampin' Up!, 2018-2020 In-Colors, Fun Fold Card, Stampin' Studio

Each and every year Stampin’ Up! introduces 5 new In Colors and retires 5 previous sets of In Colors.  The 2018-2020 In Colors will officially hit the retiring products list next Wednesday, April 23rd.  Most years when this happens, the retiring In Colors sell out right away.  That’s why I’m giving you the heads up to get them ordered before the whole retiring list comes out, or you may miss out on them all together. 

Any product that comes in the 2018-2020 In Colors will be retiring…so that means stock up on your card stock, Ink Pads, Reinkers, Ribbon, Buttons, and Designer Series Paper
Today’s cards feature most of these products and it’s also a cool looking Fun Fold card that’s easy to make.  I’ll even mail you a card kit to make one of them; yours FREE with a minimum $30 order between now and April 28th.  Now let’s get on with today’s card!
Measurements:
  • Whisper White (Thick); 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″
  • Whisper White (Thick); 9″ x 4-1/4″ score at 1″, 2″, 4″ & 6″
  • Whisper White: 4-1/4″ x 1″ for banner (trim to 3″ after banner is punched
  • In color cardstock of your choice: 4″ x 5-1/4 for embossing
  • In color cardstock of your choice: 3/4″ x 4″
  • In color Designer Series Paper of your choice: 2-3/4″ x 4″
  • In color Designer Series Paper of your choice: 1-3/4″ x 4″
  • In color Grosgrain Ribbon of your choice: 5″

French Countryside

I am always drawn to the stamps that have realistic images, like the French Countryside stamp set I used on today’s card.  I’m drawn to them, but I don’t always want to do a lot of coloring of the images.  For this card I decided to highlight only one potted plant and leave the others uncolored.  I really like the simplicity of it, what do you think?

Layered With Kindness Birthday card for her

When creating a really feminine birthday card, it’s all about the color palette, delicate details and layers of texture.  I used all of these elements when I created this lovely card.  From the Petal Pink, Very Vanilla and Gold color combination to the delicate gold script in the designer paper and the vellum leaves, this card has feminine written all over it.
