Now, onto today’s card!  It’s another masculine card featuring the Geared UP Garage Bundle.

The mustang (I would normally say the gray car, but I know this is a mustang because I hear people say ooooh, a mustang!) was stamped in Basic Gray ink on Smoky Slate card stock then cut out with the Garage Gears Thinlits.  The basic Gray background has a 2″ circle punched in it and “oil stains” stamped in Basic Gray.  I attached a piece of the Classic Garage Designer Series Paper behind the circle cut out and then attached the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I love the look of the Black/Silver Metallic Ribbon and the addition of the “key” from the Classic Garage Metal Embellishments.

So all in all, this is a pretty simple card, but I think any car lover would love it.

Floral Romance Suite

I have to start out by telling you, in case you didn’t know, everything in the Floral Romance Suite is a must have!  That’s right, if you don’t already own them you should order everything in this suite.  I mean seriously, look at this gorgeous card created with products from the suite.  I created this card for a demonstrator Make & Take event, so let’s take a closer look.

Color Combo

Let’s start by dissecting this card one layer at a time.  The card base is Fresh Fig and the next layer is Mossy Meadow.  Both of these card stocks are part of the Floral Romance cardstock pack along with Petal Pink.  I used the Lace Dynamic Embossing Folder to add stunning texture to the card base.  The pops of color come from the Floral Romance Specialty Designer Series Paper.  There are two vellum prints in the package along with 4 prints on paper.  The print with the flowers and leaves is vellum which I mounted on a piece of Whisper White cardstock to make it more vibrant.  Next, check out the stunning die-cut leaf tucked behind the sentiment.  I used the Wonderful Floral Framelits Dies to cut out both the leaf and the decorative oval.  The detail in these dies are amazing. After stamping the sentiment from the Wonderful Romance stamp set in Fresh Fig ink, I added one of the Frosted Flower Embellishments to make the perfect finishing touch.

Not to be overlooked in this suite is the Petal Pink/Whisper White Variegated Ribbon and the Floral Romance Seals.

Needle & Thread Bundle

I can’t say how much I love the Needle & Thread Bundle.  The detail of the images in the Needle & Thread stamp set and the delicate piercing found in the Needlepoint Elements Framelits Dies are stunning.  For today’s card I went with a classic Night or Navy & Whisper White color combination.
