It’s time for another addition of Watch it Wednesday.  Today, I’ve got a Fun Fold Video featuring the Mixed Drinks stamp set.  This fun stamp set is retiring the end of May, which is so sad because it’s such a great set for so many occasions.

I’ve also used the Wood Textures Designer Series Paper Stack which makes such great masculine cards.

Well, many of you were interested in knowing how to make it, so I got busy and created a video with the masculine version.  If you want to make the one with the Flying Home stamp set, just swap out Rich Razzleberry, Sweet Sugarplum, Pear Pizzazz and Whisper White cardstock for the Early Espresso, Wood Texture, So Saffron and Very Vanilla.

Flying Home for Spring

With pastel colors from the Stampin’ Up! Subtle’s color family and flowers, and a neighborhood of birdhouses, this card surely depicts Spring in my neighborhood.  I used the Flying Home stamp set, which I so dearly love and will be sad to see it go.  This is one of the many stamp sets that are on the list of retiring product.

Butterfly Basics Birthday Card

Today’s card was a favorite at my Stamp & Go Card Club last week.  First of all it features shades of blue which is always a winner with this group of stampers.  Nearly everything I used on this card is retiring product as I wanted to feature some of the fabulous product before their gone for good.  All images and sentiment are from the Butterfly Basics stamp set.

Measurements:

Marina Mist: 4-1/4″ x 11″ scored at 5-1/2″

Myths & Magic DSP: 4″ x 5-1/4″

Wild Wasabi: 3-1/4″ x 4-1/2″

Whisper White: 3″ x 4-1/4″

Instructions:

Use Basic Gray ink for the flower but stamp off once to get a lighter shade, then stamp on the Whisper White cardstock.

Pick up ink from the lid of the Wild Wasabi ink pad with the Blender Pen and color in the leaves and stems.
