The past couple of days I’ve shared cards created with the Fancy Frost Specialty Designer Series Paper You can see those  and HERE and HERE ) and I’ve got another for you today.  Today’s card has a strip of the Pine needles print from the Fancy Frost Specialty Designer Series Paper which has been colored with a Sponge Dauber and Always Artichoke ink.  Cherry Cobbler and Always Artichoke evoke a vintage type of Christmas to me.

Always Artichoke: scrap for 2″ circle Punch

Fancy Frost Specialty Designer Series paper: 5 1/2″ x 1 1/4″

This card follows my theory of layer, texture and embellish.  The layers are certainly visible in the circles which were punched or die cut with the Layering Circle Framelits.  the texture comes directly from the Specialty Paper and the embellishment of the Silver 3/8″ Glitter Ribbon.

Fancy Frost Specialty Designer Series Paper Day 2

I wanted to share another card crested using the Fancy Frost Specialty Designer Series Paper.  For today’s card I used the pattern with the diamond motifs and colored the paper Sweet Sugarplum with a Sponge Dauber.  I then paired it with lots of bling from the three shades of Glimmer Paper and the 3/8″ Glitter Ribbon Combo Pack.

Have you checked out the Fancy Frost Specialty Designer Series Paper yet?  Oh My Goodness, it’s beautiful.  I used it in a class and a party earlier this week and it was a huge hit.  The snowflake patterned paper on the side of this card is one of the prints from this Designer Paper.  It started out white and was brought to life with the use of a Sponge Dauber and some Night of navy ink.

I think the stamped image from Frosted Medallions is stunning here when it’s been stamped off and adorned with many tiny Rhinestone Jewels.
