Playing around in the stamp room and I can’t help but smile at these two lady bugs from the Love You Lots Hostess Exclusive Stamp set.
I really wanted the friendship to be the focal point so I layering the image on circles and popping them up in the middle of the rays from the Sunburst Thinlit and achieved the look I was going for.
Check out the delicate floral images in the Flourishing Phrases stamp set and the coordinating Flourish Thinlits. I simply adore them!
I stamped the images in Sahara Sand which gives a very soft image. Next I water colored the leaves and flowers with the Aqua Painter and inks. The ribbons and sentiment from Flourishing Phrases continue on with the same color palette of Peekaboo Peach and Bermuda Bay. The finishing touch on the front of the card are the delicate die cut flowers cut from the Flourish Thinlits.

While on the Stampin’ Up! cruise to the Mediterranean last month, one of the gifts we received was the Foxy Friends stamp set the coordinating Fox Builder Punch, A Little Foxy Designer Series Paper Stack, A Little Foxy Card Stock Pack and the Smoky Slate 1/8″ stitched Ribbon.
I decided to play around with some of these items and I came up with this card. Let me just say this stamp set is so much fun to work with. There are tons of images so you can create not only a fox, but squirrels, skunks, cats and on and on. Then you can punch out the head, tail and body as well the face for some of the animals.
