Make it Monday: In Colors

At our team meeting over the weekend we talked about the new family of In Colors and everyone has been quite excited about them.  I created one card layout and used two Hostess Exclusive stamp sets to create a set of fun cards feature the new In Colors.  These are quick and easy and can be reproduced quickly and easily.  Check them out.

Do you see how using the same layout on all of the cards and then using different images and colors completely changes the looks of the card?  What do you think of the new In Colors?  Which is your favorite?

Swirly Bird Frame

Oh my goodness, I just have to share.  Yesterday we had our demonstrator make & take get together.  It’s an event I host with Peggy for all demonstrators that are interested in getting together.  Peggy and I designed 20 cards featuring brand new product from the new annual catalog and everyone attending made all 20 cards so they could start sharing samples with their customers.  We had such a wonderful time with those who attended.  After the make & take session we held a team meeting and I invited all who were interested to bring and share projects they created with the new product.

Painters Palette Frame

My niece Katie, who has been a demonstrator for 10 years created this adorable frame using the Swirly Bird stamp set and the Painter’s Palette for the sentiment.  I love the pops of Sweet Sugarplum and Rich Razzleberry with the Basic Black and Smoky Slate swirls on the bright white frame.  Don’t you just love it?

Be sure to come back tomorrow as I’ll be sharing more wonderful projects from the event.

Pun Intended

Have you paid attention to the Exclusive Hostess stamp sets in the new Annual Catalog?  There are some great ones in there that you can earn free.  One of my favorite ones is Pun Intended which features this fun camera.

Pun Intended

The focal point of the camera is enhanced with the bright “flash” which was created with the image from Kinda Eclectic and Crushed Curry Ink.  The background is repetitively stamped with the sentiment from Party with Cake.  Keep in mind the only way to get the Pun Intended or the other Hostess stamp sets is to host a party or book party, and now through June 30th you get an extra $35 to add to your already awesome hostess shopping spree.
