A Friendly Ghost

This silly little ghost reminds me of Casper the friendly ghost.  I love Halloween, but not the dark morbid creatures.  I love the cute friendly ones that little kids enjoy at Halloween.  The ghost was cut out of the Bermuda Bay card stock using the Fun Fall Framelit.  I added some googlie eyes and drew in the mouth then added a little Motley Monsters Designer Series paper and the Mingle All the Way stamp set and you’re good to go!

Fall is in the air

I enjoy the change of seasons, I just wish it was a bit more gradual, rather than what seems like a flip of a switch and summer is over.  Todays card features For All Things stamp set stamped in Versamark on Crushed Curry, Cajun Craze and Old Olive.  When I first began stamping 11 years ago, I was so amazed at the versatility of the Versamark pad.  Tone on tone is one of my favorite looks.  The multicolored acorns were colored directly on the rubber with markers and stamped on the card stock.

Fall Boxes and Bags

On Sunday, I participated in a Bridal Expo where I displayed some fun fall packaging that could be used as wedding favors for fall weddings.  The idea behind these containers is that they could be used as a way for the guests at the wedding to find their assigned seat and then later fill the container with a treat.  This container is our Tag a Bag Boxes which I decorated with leaves from the Autumns Accents Big Shot Die.

I filled the 1″ x 8″ cellophane bags with Reese’s Pieces candies and topped it off with a flower using the Beautiful Bunch stamp set and the Fun Flower Punch.

The final Fall container is the Mini Muslin Bag which I stamped with Bordering Blooms stamp set and decorated with more of the Autumn Accents leaves.

I drew this chalk art sign so the brides could see how these little favors would add a special touch to their wedding reception.  I love that all of our product can be used for so many different things.  I love this type of paper crafting.
