This lovely owl image is from a new stamp set called “So Very Happy”.  It’s one I got at leadership back in January, so that’s a very long time for me to hold onto a stamp set and not show it to you.  How’s that for keeping a secret?  Pretty good huh?  The Designer Series Paper is called Lullaby which I figured would be “baby” designs, but noooo.  this is fun and sophisticated designs and the color combinations are really nice.  This one has Baked Brown Sugar, Hello Honey and Crisp Cantaloupe.  Nice way to coordinate some of last years In Colors with one of this years ones.

 

Question for you:  Do you like it when I list all of the supplies I use on a card or is it unnecessary?  It takes me a few extra minutes to post the list, and I don’t mind doing it if it’s useful.  But if it’s annoying to see a list of supplies with the photos that you can link to my store to purchase them, then I’ll do away with it.  Just leave me a comment or email me directly with your opinion.

This darling stamp set is called “Something for Baby” and it has such adorable images in the set.  Another thing I love about it is that it has a set of Framelits that coordinate to cut out every image in the stamp set.  Gotta love that, right?

 

I used the Flashback Designer Series Paper on the flap.  I got the paper as a prize while on the Stampin’ Up! cruise.  The color combinations in this paper are certainly not my “go to” color combinations.  The paper is kind of a retro look, so I was thrill when I flipped a piece of the paper over and saw how subtle this argyle print was.  I paired it with Very Vanilla, Lost Lagoon (new In Color) a, Pool Party and Smoky Slate.  I like the look of the three ribbon banners on the framed focal point.
