Yesterday, I posted about my Exclusive Extravaganza and told you I’d share the video they all helped me make. I simply told them we were going to make a video because Stampin’ Up! was having a contest at the annual convention in Salt Lake City. Of course they had no clue what was going to happen, but my stampers are awesome and everyone was game.
A little back ground information will be useful here: I have always loved the Volkswagen Beetle. It’s just so darned cute, but just not practical when you’ve got young kids to haul around. I knew that someday I’d own one. As my kids got older and started driving themselves, my need for a mini van diminished and my dream of owning a “Bug” came to fruition. I bought a pretty red one and quickly had eyelashes put on the headlights and my tag line and contact information put on the back. It was my “Stampin’ Bug” and I teased new stampers to watch out or they’d be bitten by the stamp bug…. this was the idea behind my video…check it out.
My stampers are the BEST and they were great sports in participating in the video! Everyone got to choose their favorite stamp set as a “Thank you” from me for helping with the video.
For those of you who are interested, the winner of Stampin’ Up!s video contest will be announced at convention the middle of July. I’ll let you know how it goes.
