Isn’t this bear just the cutest? He’s from the stamp set called Cheerful Critters and you can stamp a number of different phrases in his sign. I used the Birthday Bash Designer Series Paper for the banners. The one print is supposed to be party hats, but I thought this card could be used for something other than birthday, so I turned the paper upside down and now instead of a party hat, we’ve got pennants on the banner. I say “hooray” to that!
