Do you remember the technique called Masking? You simply lay a piece of sticky note over part of the card stock to block out some of the card stock. Then you stamp your images, remove the sticky note mask and have a black space.
That’s what was done on this card featuring the Garden in Bloom stamp set. Once the mask was removed there was a nice clean space to stamp the sentiment. This card also has some splatters from Gorgeous Grunge and a border detail from Tin of Cards.
