It’s day three of my posts using the Embossing Paste and Pattern Party Decorative Masks and today’s card was a huge hit at my class. We started off with the classic Night of Navy and Whisper White color combination. To showcase a different way of using the Embossing Paste, I sprinkled some Dazzling Diamonds Glitter into the paste and mixed it up before spreading it on the Medallion Mask (which was placed off center for added interest). It’s hard to see in the photo, but it shimmers and shines like you wouldn’t believe – oh so pretty! Everyone at class commented how pretty it would be to do this for a Christmas card.

We finished it off with a banner stamped with the sentiment from the Beautiful Bouquet stamp set and a scrumptious bow made with the Night of Navy Crinkled Seam Binding. Seriously people, if you don’t already own this new ribbon, you need to get it now! It ties the easiest most perfect looking bows and it shines and adds texture (due to the crinkles) to your project. Wait until you see tomorrows project using the same ribbon in Berry Burst…it’s to die for!
