The other day, as I was doing some rearranging in my stamp room I came across some cards I made using the Petal Promenade Designer Series Paper and the Petal Promenade stamp set. This paper is so lovely and feminine, I just have to share these sweet cards with you.
I used a Blushing Bride card base and added a layer of Whisper White that I ran through the Tufted Embossing Folder (boy I love this embossing folder!) Next I did some fussy cutting around one of the flower borders from the Petal Promenade DSP and added it to the right front edge of the card., then added a piece of the Petal Pink Metallic Ribbon Combo. I stamped the sentiment and border design in Smoky Slate on the “Boku” print from the same paper pack, then colored the leaves and flowers with Stampin’ Write Markers and cut it our using the coordinating Foliage Frame Framelits. Vellum leaves cut from the Foliage Frame Framelits adds a soft touch under the sentiment. Finally I used a Whisper White Envelope and applied a piece of the coordinating DSP to the flap for a completely coordinated look. Tomorrow, I’ll be sharing another card using the same products. See you then.
