I love Halloween, but I’m not into the gory, scary stuff. I like the fun fall colors and whimsical dress up. The Toil & Trouble suite in the Holiday catalog is such a fun suite. I mean, take a look at the Toil and Trouble Designer Series Paper! You’ve got to smile when you look at the little ghosts and bats, and frogs, not to mention the witches hats and brooms and pumpkins.
The only stamping on this card is the Happy Halloween sentiment from the Cauldron Bubble stamp set. The adorable hat was cut from the Toil & Trouble DSP using the Cauldron Framelits dies. The “starry night” background is also from the designer paper. I used the Oh My Stars Embossing Folder on the Black Foil circle for some added depth. And how about that Black Glittered Organdy Ribbon? It’s got lots of silver glimmery shine that adds to the festive fun.
