Two years ago we came out with the Daisy Delight stamp set that has a coordinating punch and now we have the Daisy Lane stamp set with a small daisy punch. Both of these stamp sets and punches coordinate so well together. Today I thought I’d create a card that features a different daisy flower from the Daisy Lane stamp set.
Color Combo
I started out with a Thick Whisper White card base that measures 4-1/4″ x 11″ and scored at 5-1/2″. I used a 5-1/2″ x 2″ piece of the Mosaic Mood Specialty Designer Series Paper and punched a half circle from the lower right side of the paper using the 2-1/4″ Circle Punch. I used the Journaling Pen to add black centers to each of the flowers in the DSP. Next I laid the DSP on a piece of Basic Black that measures 5-1/2″ x 2-1/8″. I used the 2″ Circle Punch to create a mat under the DSP layer. After attaching the DSP and Basic Black together with Snail Adhesive, I popped these layers up off the card using Stampin’ Dimensionals. For the flower, I stamped it in So Saffron on Whisper White and after doing a bit of fussy cutting I popped this off the card with Dimensionals too. Finally I added the sentiment with Memento Ink and added a few of the Gingham Gala Embellishments.
