Today’s card features the Beautiful Balloons Bundle (stamp set and dies) as well as the coordinating Bright & Beautiful Designer Series Paper. This card could be used to celebrate a birthday or an accomplishments or simply a wonderful person.
Color Combo
Measurements:
Thick Basic White: 5-1/2” x 8-1/2” scored at 4-1/4” for card base
Boho Blue: 1-1/2” x 1-3/4”
Lemon Lime Twist: 2-1/4” x 2-3/4”
Lemon Lolly: 2-1/4” x 2-3/4” and 5-1/2” x 1”
Berry Burst: 5-1/2” x ¼”
Bright & Beautiful Designer Series Paper:5-1/2” x 3-1/2”
Instructions:
- Fold the Thick Basic White cardstock on the score line for the card base.
- Die-cut a fringe edge on the strip of Lemon Lolly cardstock and adhere to the top edge of the card base with Stampin’ Seal, then attach the strip of Berry Burst as shown.
- Die cut 2 medium size balloons from the Bright & Beautiful DSP as shown and stamp the balloon strings with Berry Burst ink, then attach this to the card using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Die-cut the large Balloon from the Lemon Lime Twist cardstock and die-cut the medium size balloon from the Boho Blue and the Lemon Lolly cardstock.
- Use VersaMark ink to stamp the sentiment on the Boho Blue balloon and stamp the confetti stars on the Lemon Lime Twist balloon, then emboss these with White Embossing Powder from the Basics pack and Heat with the Heat Tool.
- Stamp the Confetti Stars with Lemon Lolly Ink on the Lemon Lolly balloon.
- Adhere the Boho Blue and Lemon Lolly balloons to the card base with Seal. These balloons will sit inside the balloons that were die-cut from the DSP.
- Attach the Lemon Lime Twist balloon to the card with Dimensionals.
- Embellish the card with a few of the Moody Mauve In Color Dots
