I’m back with more great things to share from our Stampin’ Sisters Retreat. Now we’re ready for the stamping to begin with Project 1. Everyone received the Lovely Lattice stamp set in their goodie bags along with all the supplies cut and scored. We passed out printed directions with with photos so that everyone could work at their own pace.
We made this set of 4 cards with coordinating envelopes that are all wrapped up an Acrylic Card Box wrapped with a belly band. The really nice thing about the Acrylic Card Boxes is that you can see the pretty cards through the box.
With every project we make at retreat, the attendees are given an extra surprise gift. For this project they all received a package of Metallic Pearls which they used to embellish the cards and Acrylic Card Box.
The cards all have a Sahara Sand card bases and either Blushing Bride or Soft Sea Foam for a matted layer.
We used the Kindness & Compassion stamp set for each of the cards because it has such nice sentiments for sympathy cards.
The Lovely Lattice stamp was stamped in Sahara Sand then colored in with a Blender Pen and Blushing Bride and Soft Sea Foam Ink.
In order to coordinate the envelopes with the cards, we used the Lace Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder on the flap.
