Over the past weekend we celebrated my Dad’s 80th Birthday! I had sent out a request to my stampin’ friends to see if we could get 80 birthday cards to dad for his birthday. My sister Peggy and niece Katie sent out the same request. Check out the cards he received! He was so tickled and so was I that so many helped to make his day special.
This is the special cake Sandi, one of my team members, made to celebrate the day. Dad is a jack of all trades but he especially enjoys woodworking, so this cake was perfect!
Nearly our entire family was able to celebrate the day with Dad. Since it’s not real often that Mom, Dad and the four of us “kids” are together we decided to take a family photo. It was a very special day that I know Dad will not forget. Thanks to everyone who helped make it special.
