Stampin’ Sister’s Retreat: Amazing You & Celebrate You Thinlits

It’s almost time to share the first project we all made Friday night of the Stampin’ Sister’s Retreat, but first….

…in a room filled with 93 stampers, how do you find your own spot?  By looking for your name tag on your very own picnic basket filled with all the prepped project supplies.

I believe that all of the little details are what make things extra special, so I created name tags for each basket using the Picnic With You stamp set and the coordinating Picnic Basket Builder Framelits.  I even added a bit of gingham fabric to the basket for some added depth and texture.

We had two full stations set up during the entire retreat where all of the stamping, punching and Big Shot work took place.

Amazing You & Celebrate You Thinlits Class

This is first project we made at retreat.  It features the Amazing You stamp set (a free level 1 choice sale-a-bration item) and the Celebrate You Thinlits Dies (a free level 2 Sale-a-bration item).  This class featured the six Night of Navy, Daffodil Delight and Whisper White cards shown above with textured embossing on the envelope flaps.  All the supplies for each card were cut to size and placed in envelopes.  We provided written instructions for each card with photographs so it was easy for everyone to work at their own pace.  Everyone also received a roll of the Night of Navy Gingham Ribbon.

I’ve heard from so many of you that you would have loved to attend the Stampin’ Sister’s Retreat.  Well, I can’t turn back the pages of the calendar, but I can bring the projects to you!

Amazing You Class to Go

I am offering this as a class to go.  I will have all of the supplies for each card cut to size and placed in envelopes along with written instructions for each card with photographs, just like the retreat participants.   You will also get a full roll of the Night of Navy Gingham Ribbon.   I will go one step further, in that I will do all of the Big Shot work and punching for you, so all you’ll need to do is stamp and put them together.
