Elegant Sympathy Card

Today, I’ve created an elegant yet easy sympathy card.  When creating sympathy cards, I like to make a few at a time to have on hand, because you obviously can’t plan ahead on when you’ll need them.  This card layout is a favorite of mine because it goes together so quickly and it can look so unique just by swapping out the papers.

Measurements:
  • Blue berry Bushel: 8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″
  • Whisper White: 5-1/4″ x 4″ for background and scrap for circle 
  • Noble Peacock DSP (Blueberry Bushel): 2″ x 3-7/8″ and 3″ x 3″ for die-cut 
  • Noble Peacock DSP (Old Olive): 1/4″ x 4″
  • Old Olive Foil Sheet: 3″ x 3″ and scrap for leaves

Lion Punch & Die Art

Can we just stop and say a-dor-a-ble?  I mean seriously, isn’t this just the cutest?  This little lion was created using punches and dies.  My inspiration came from fellow demonstrator Deb Snyder, who had posted a lion using the new Sunflower Dies.  I fell in love with it and had to make my own to share with you.

Best Dressed Feminine Birthday Card

I’ve been busy creating with some of my favorite products from the Last Chance List.  These are products that sadly are retiring to make room for new product in the upcoming Annual Catalog.  I am so pleased with how today’s card turned out.  I am so in love with the feminine prints found in the Best Dressed Designer Series Paper.  It made creating this card so easy and fun.
